Solution: Instreamer Classic and Streaming Client
Barix has proposed a system based on Instreamer (encoder) and Exstreamer 110 with remote (decoder).
The stream delivering is based on BRTP (Barix RTP procol), where the stream is pulled from the decoder. The subtitlers select the channel using the remote.
