Redundix improves audio quality by adding error resilience to IP-based studio to transmitter STL and studio to studio links

Redundix by Barix is a solution that improves the quality of an RTP stream link using two mechanisms. The first is time-diverse routing, where the same audio stream is sent twice over the same link, immediately on encoding, and also time-delayed. The second is path divergent routing, where two streams are sent using separate networks. At the receiving point, all streams are buffered and combined into one final "repaired" stream. Redundix by Barix will cope with problems of the network infrastructure, including glitches, unreliable connections or even short failure.
